How does an Architect acquire the schematic for a Player City Bazaar terminal? I have mastered Architect and see no schematic for it.

I have a master entertainer/master dancer and I was wondering about the civic structures available to place. I can place a Cantina and a Theater, but what benefits are achieved with the Theater?
