Just to clarify one thing...
The Fuel "Canister" is not a canister, it's about the size of a wall, and is directly beside the Geonosian that is "trapped" at the back of the "L-shaped" Spider Cave (first spider cave of the dungeon).

Just YOLO-tamed one last night, takes several tries. I am MCH, +15 Taming bonus SEA, and no other bonuses. Took minimum 10 attempts. Mask Scent, try five times, wait for mask to drop, reapply, retry.
