PvP Chat Channel revamp

One thing that kills PvP , for me and probably for some others, is the constant crying and whining every time there is a PvP fight. When people don't get the attention they seek in the PvP Chat Channel then they come to Galaxy Chat and it's really a bummer for the rest of us.

I propose that there be seperate PvP Chat Channels for each faction that you can only access if you are SF. And that when you are SF you cannot post in Galaxy Chat. This would allow players to talk in discord PvP Channel to organize meet-ups, and only be able to whine and cry in Tells or in Spatial.
