You will see that our expenses were higher than normal this month, this was due to us needing to renew a license on some software that we use on the website.
We appreciate all donations and could not do this without them, our surplus has been reducing somewhat these last few months and if you are able to donate anything at this time then it would really help us make sure the server is around for a long time to come.

We saw an increase in donations through December which has really helped us to achieve a slight buffer going into January 2025, this was certainly needed and I thankyou all who donated this month.

Actual End of Year Balance +55.19 (After already paying for January OvH hosting in December which is currently £222.64pm)
The OvH Server cost is always paid a day or two early before the start of the new month, but I have always calculated this in the month it was due as this renews on the 1st of each month (if that makes sense)
I will starting from January 2025 show this as part of the monthly financials for the previous month so you all have an idea of the actual working reserve we have once the next months OvH host costs have been taken into account.
As you can see, the donation reserves that we had at the beginning of 2024 are all but gone and at the end of each month we need to have enough to pay for the following month, so we need to aim for a donation total of around £300 each month to be able to make sure we cover all the expenses for the month ahead, so we do need your support with this going forward.
We have big plans for 2025 and really want to add to what we already have here at Sentinels Republic, by growing the community once again and giving you even more new content to enjoy.
Finally I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Sentinels Republic by donating in 2024, we really do appreciate any donations we receive as this helps keep the server online, we couldn't do this without your support.
