I am trying to get the schematic.. does this npc spawn in a certain location or can it spawn all over the planet?

Any sort of advice you can give me as to how you obtained yours, did you run a grid pattern all over, were you tracking or just running around?

I've noticed flying around on Chand, that npcs spawn almost on top of you that did not appear on your track.

Where is this mysterious Antarian Ranger Outcast? Been wandering over Chandrila for hours and have yet to see one.

My understanding is they can spawn anywhere on either planet.

There are two spawns per planet.

They respawn once per day.

There is no way to know if they've been killed already besides maybe asking someone like Coz.

I've never actually seen them, but this is what Coz and others have told me about them.

There are indeed 2 on Chandrila and 2 on Taanab. Their respawn is faster than once a day. I am indeed able to tell you whether they are out in the world.


They have a structure in which they are found which means that they spawn outside of non player cities.
