Fishing Poles

System says I do not have the requirements necessary to equip the fishing pole.

My character is a Weequay. There have been other issues with that race, so I am not sure if it's restricted to Weequays or if it's the fishing pole in general.

I also cant equip the fishing pole with Chiss, might need check all new species.
Say lack the necessary requirements to wear this object
