Players cannot go in the Warren

Steps:
1. Get a key from NPC
2. Go up to the door and it will not open
3. Have an admin teleport player to another place still outside the warren
4. Go up to the door and it will open but they cannot go in
5. Admin can go in the building
6. Teleport player inside the building and they cannot move
