Maxed Number of toons, now cannot login

I recently tried to add a sixth character in creation mode. I was unaware that you could only have 5 on the server. I got through the creation mode and all the way to the login screen, where it froze and no connection was made. Now I cannot log in to any of my characters. I have tried uninstalling, verifying files, and re-configuring. Nothing works.

Update: I can now log in to the first character I created. All the other characters give me a login error when trying to get on those.
