Random Webpage Redirect on launcher

Sometimes when I click on the information tabs in the launcher I get a random website pop up. best-winplace, ive done a full Malware bytes system scan and am not coming up with anything. Also checked my hosts file to make sure nothing was added there. It happens intermittently so it can be hard to reproduce.
