Running into "SWGEMU.exe not found" in my directory

So I played on the new SR2 server the day it went live and also had another instance of my hand jammer open on the Infinity server. Ever since I logged out after that, after the SR2 launcher finishes verifying my files, it says that there is no SWGEmu.exe in my original game folder. Well of course there isn't because that's the installation folder for my original game discs that it asked for to verify the files. I see that there's a new SREmu folder on my drive now and it does contain an SWGEmu.exe, but it won't let me copy that into my original game files. I'm not sure why it's still trying to load from my original game directory instead of the new server directory. I fear it has something to do with the fact that I had two different servers open at once. The Infinity launcher still works, I'm just not able to get back on SR2 any help would be greatly appreciated!
