The flamer combo doesn't always hit but it is pretty RNG it can miss a lot then during the next kd you're hit 2-3 times in a row, and without intim thats almost a 100% incap out of nowhere, meanwhile your perfectly crafted LS with 4x -9.9 FC and 50 damage pearls are hitting them for a grand total of less than a 100 a swing, which most gets regenned in no time at all.

Yes like it's said you can template into mitigating it (Intim+State Cleanse if you don't already have it) And sure if you drop FR2 that's enough to get most of those 2 abilities, but what else you going to drop to get it? Keep in mind we're talking about how that template can be brutal with only just 1 BH, so buffing BH further, when a whole group of flamers can jump you seems a bit overkill.

I think BH changes are needed to make ranged more viable, but we would also need to look at limiting the BH's per Jedi mission ratio as well, because 5 BH's will be unlikely, but imagine 3 Flamer BH on one jedi right now, template won't matter for that.

Totally agree with that. 2 BH max per mission is how it should be imo. Once FRS comes into play (if ever), then more BH should be added depending on frs ranking.

You have to remember I’m also giving up a lot for this build, I have no medic or healing if any kind. Sure I could grab medic, at the cost of what little defense I do have. It’s not just flamers either, I actually wish I had a similar damage/speed cap LLC, would save me a ton of points not having to pick up commando, and most likely still hit very hard.
