Bounty Hunter VS Jedi

Game play against Bounty Hunters: The current methods allow Jedi to ignore multiple range adversaries. Against any Single bounty hunter there should be little chance of the Jedi losing. Against more than one the chances of a Jedi victory should drop dramatically. This should include Ranged opponents. Currently, this is not the case. There is little doubt that a properly trained Jedi could defeat the maximum of 3 ranged bounty hunters. Ranged Bounty Hunters should most certainly pose more of a threat and Master Bounty hunters should be feared.
Problem: Lightsaber block is too high. Ranged weapon damage is too low.
Master Bounty Hunter is useless
Ranged Bounty hunters have no reasonable chance to survive against a LS Jedi and/or have no way to stay out of range.
Solution:
Add in a skill that lowers the chance of saber block to a minimum of 20%. This skill would be in the Carbine/Pistol/LLC skill trees with the bulk of the points in Master Bounty hunter.
Increase the damage multipliers of the skills in the Bounty Hunter trees. Add in Lightning Single 3 to Master Bounty Hunter.
Change all Bounty Hunter skills to be usable by all Carbines/Pistols/LLC. If possible create a skill and place in MBH.
Remove Jedi Range damage mitigation from Defender and move to Force Powers
Add in Ranged Damage mitigation 2 to MPowers
Add in Melee Damage mitigation 2 to MDef.
Add in Melee damage mitigation 1 to Bounty hunter xxx1. Add Melee damage mitigation 2 to master bounty hunter.
