Toxicity

my last rant but this needs to be said.

I can not believe how much toxicity has developed on this server since I last played seriously.
there has always been banter, people have always taken things a little too far and people get offended - it's the internet.

but some of the shit I have Seen/Heard both first and 2nd hand in just the 1 week I have been back is insane
you all know who you are.
what you're doing is wrong.

there are people on the end of their characters, with real feelings, real problems, hangups, troubles and strife's.
I'm one of them. I play games to relax, to unwind and to escape real life. you don't need the toxic shit that some individuals throw around. again you know who you are.
there is nothing the Devs can do unless the individuals affected by this go forward to them with evidence, as most of the crap is happening "away" from the server because that's how toxic cowards operate.

so a polite request from me to you (again you know who you are) stop, take a step back. think about how your toxic f**kery is/or could affecting others. no one needs that shit.

For anyone who didn't see the announcement made in discord before this post was made.

Oshid - forgive me for 'hijacking' your thread to add it.

We would like to remind all players that we expect them to treat each other and staff with respect in general chat and in tells, and when talking about other players or staff. Making threats of any type are NOT appropriate and we will take action when we have clear evidence of players doing so. We appreciate that these are strange and challenging times, but SR has always strived to be a respite from ‘the real world’.

We would also like to remind you that IF you have a concern or complaint that you contact Coz directly using discord or the [email protected] email. Posting your intention publicly makes it more difficult for us to investigate and move forward as we end up having to deal not only with the complaint, but the ensuing discussion in general chat areas.
