Update on Complaints
Since the 1st March there have been 97 complaints. Each one is recorded and investigated following our agreed complaints process.
Building exploits are known and are not unique to the server. We have coded solutions for some, more are coming in 1.3, whilst others will take longer. If you use exploits in pvp, or if you are sending abusive or threatening messages then stop.
If you are making a complaint:
Send images that show the players positions, the combat log or the chat logs. It helps hugely if you have timestamps.
We will no longer respond to players who make an allegation based on what they believe a player will do, or allegations that you choose not to provide evidence of when you can.
We may ask for additional information or speak to other players.
Please note that if you use a known exploit e.g. those in bases or buildings you will get a written warning telling you that it’s noted and you’ve been made aware the first time. If you choose to do it again, you will get a 24 hour ban on the account. Choose to continue and ban lengths will be increased.

A final note on complaints in general - we pride ourselves here at SR on having a nice friendly community here so let me say this to all, think before you act, would you like done to you what you are doing to someone else. If the answer is no then don’t do it.
