Given some feedback, and concerns about managing staff time we have made some edits to our processes around managing complaints. Please find attached the new internal process for complaints management here at SR. There is minimal impact for players, this is simply about trying to manage the flow better for staff.
Please note that complaints can be made via discord to Coz, or to the complaints email: [email protected]

In January 2024 18 complaints were submitted. Action was taken in response to 9 of them.
In February 2024 13 complaints were submitted. Action was taken in response to 5 of them.
