Given some feedback, and concerns about managing staff time we have made some edits to our processes around managing complaints. Please find attached the new internal process for complaints management here at SR. There is minimal impact for players, this is simply about trying to manage the flow better for staff.
Please note that complaints can be made via discord to Coz, or to the complaints email: [email protected]

We will add the monthly figures to this post.

In January 2024 18 complaints were submitted. Action was taken in response to 9 of them.

In February 2024 13 complaints were submitted. Action was taken in response to 5 of them.

In March 2024 8 complaints were submitted. Action was taken in response to 6 of them.

In April 2024 1 complaint was submitted. Action was taken in response to 1 of them.

In May 2024 2 complaints were submitted. Action was taken in response to 1. Other is an ongoing investigation.

In June 2024 4 complaints were submitted. Action was taken in response to 2. One is an ongoing investigation.

In July 2024 1 complaint was submitted. Action was taken in response to 1 of them.

In August 2024 0 complaints were submitted. Coz is planning to go out and celebrate.

In September 2024 3 complaints were submitted. Action was not taken in response to 2. One is an ongoing investigation.

In October 2024 1 complaint was submitted. No further action was required to be taken.
