Is the Test Server and Rebase Server only online at certain times?
I wanted to test a build, but we did just upgrade hardware...so I am not sure how the test Servers work?

We try to keep the test server online as much as possible, although the devs are often using it which means it can go up and down. The best place to check is on our discord as we notify in there.
