what is the highest CL one can sample from?? Do the tapes help?

I think it depends on the planet or creature like on Dathomir the biggest I can sample is mutant rancor or young Malklok plainswalker. but on hoth I can sample a wampa, and have not tried a tanrat yet but I know kimos and Krayts are a nono on this server
