Also, pertaining to RIS, nice to make it better i guess, I have seen a total of 1 set of RIS in all the time I have played. I dont even think most of us have any idea how to get RIS. Maybe focus on something more immediate (like making different armor types viable, or working out some way of setting different armor skins ie; It is still comp but i can make it look like tantel)

RIS is easy to get, it's use is pretty limited though so usually not worth the effort or credits.

Making the other armors useful is a longer process, and part of the next phase of the revamp. This phase is about normalizing high end armor, which only really affects composite at the moment. As it is RIS is currently the only other high end armor in-game, and this would be an immediate effect to make that objectively more useful than composite.

We're trying to move away from the 90% armor, which is a problem in both pve and PvP.

why not make it as they did in live with faction armor? light heavy and medium ?
