I have yet to encounter a ranged BH with intimidate yet, so I cant say if its working as intended or not. But yes I feel that it should work.

update: recently tested intimidate from a ranged prof, didn't seem to affect saber block. Not sure why, most testing needed.

Per SWGEmu code, it does not. There's nothing that changes the block percentage of Saber Block. It's a random roll.

(def is saber block)

More specifically:

((System::random(100)) < targetCreature->getSkillMod(def))
If a randomly generated number between 0 and 100 is less than the "saber_block" of the Jedi, ricochet the ranged attack.

Thanks to some help from Gyrantol, we're merging in hundreds of new changes made by the Emu team. (Everyone say "Thank you Gyrantol") - I'm going to investigate some "balancing" once that's all in.
