The Old Man
Once you are 'glowing' with the Force, you should receive a visit from the Old Man, typically 5-8 hrs. The Old Man has been reported in many locations, both inside and outside player cities. He spawns randomly, however, it does seem that there are various things that you can do to hurry the Old Man to you. They are:
Travel by shuttle to another location, and wait a few minutes
Walk approximately 1000m outside of any player or NPC city limit
Enter combat whilst 1000m outside of a player city
Log in and out
The best method is often a combination. Shuttle to a city, walk 1000m outside of the city, linger a few moments, log out, wait ten minutes, log in, walk back, shuttle to another city, repeat. Eventually the Old Man will visit you, and ask if you have ever considered the possibility that you are Force Sensitive. If you say yes, he will offer you a crystal to protect, which acts as a log on your journey to Jedi. Once your conversation with the Old Man is complete, he despawns, and you are ready for the next stage.
[If you miss the old man or conversation he will reappear, so don't worry, further chances to have the conversation and accept the crystal]
The Sith
The Sith come in two parts. The first is a random spawn that operates in much the same way as the old man. They will appear and attack 2-5 hrs, you can use the same techniques listed above for causing an faster spawn, such as shuttling to another city etc. When they appear, they are very easily defeated, and you should loot them. There is a fair chance that they will have a datapad to use containing information regarding their basecamp, and a WP to it is added to your datapad.
[If you do not loot the datapad, more Sith will attack at a later time, so don't worry, further chances to loot camp location datapads]
Once you have the Sith Camp WP, travel there. The Sith Camp has 3-4 NPC's, again, very easily defeated, and once more, a datapad with the Dathomir Village location. Use the datapad to obtain the location for the Dathomir Village of Aurillia.
The Village of Aurilia, and planning and training your Force Skills
The Village is located on Dathomir, 5000m South East of the Science Outpost.
- The Village Quests simply allow you to unlock a branch and devote Force XP into the unlocked branch.

- Each of these trees has four branches, so sixteen branches in total.
- You must master SIX of the possible sixteen branches.
- There are four weekly repeating cycles.
- The branches unlock four per weekly repeating village cycle
- You must bear in mind that YOU CAN ONLY DO ONE QUEST PER PHASE!

Note that when completing extra missions for bonus items you must talk to the quest giver in between milestones. For example, after healing 5 patients in Phase 1 - HS talk to Sivarra and she'll offer you an additional 5 patient mission, if you just keep healing they won't count towards the bonus amount needed.
*Phase 1*
CP - R.Accuracy - Capt Sarguillo (5313, -4161) - Aurilian Banner (enhanced ranged accuracy +12: Increases accuracy with any ranged weapon.)
10 Patrols for the unlock, each patrols consists of 8 waypoints. Avoid groups of more than 3 Sith (do not engage), kill groups of 3 or less. 10 additional patrols for the Banner. As you complete patrols the wps get farther apart (for the last patrol 2k between wps is not unusual)
ER - Survival - Whip (5283, -4226) - Aurilian Sculpture 3/4 (camping +5, foraging +5, trapping +5, mask scent +5, terrain negotiation +5, creature knowledge +5, creature harvesting +5)
Only camps and terrain negotiation are useable if you're not a Scout or Ranger.
Goto the waypoint Whip gives you, when you reach it you get directed to a Sith encampment (~250m away) where you must kill a Sith pirate and thug, then converse with the "captured villager". He will follow you (you must take him the entire way back to the base or you will fail the rescue). 5 rescues must be completed in total.
HS - Persuasion - Sivarra (5391, -4075) - +5 CM Exp Necklace, Special Plant (persuasion +20: Lowers cost of skill training and appear aligned to any faction-better chance to pass contraband scans)
**xxx1 Doctor Recommended.**
Treat 5 villagers for the unlock, 5 additional for the necklace, 5 more for the plant. To treat a patient you just talk to a droid (and when you complete a patient the droid resets so you never need to talk to more than one droid). Each patient has about 7 things wrong with them, treat the last mentioned one first and work your way up. A medicine can cure up to 2 different things and can cause a 3rd new problem. You can experiment the primary cure, secondary cure or residual (exp-ing on the residual removes the added problem). The following is a chart as to which % experimentation maps to which cured disease:
*Use Food and Chemical Crafting tool. Only tool that will give experimentation options*
*You will want 7 or 8 points of experimentation to create internal bleeding medicine even with SB resources*
fever = 0-8% experimentation
vomiting = 8-16% experimentation
open sores == 17-25% experimentation
puss filled lesions = 25-33% experimentation
erratic heart rate = 33-41% experimentation
respiratory failure = 42-50% experimentation
lost vision = 50-58% experimentation
partial paralysis = 58-66% experimentation
violent spasms = 67-75% experimentation
bloody cough = 75-83% experimentation
swelling = 83-91% experimentation
internal bleeding = 92-100% experimentation
*Experimental Biological Counteragent*
It is best to bring high end resources (5 flora and 10 metal per med) for most medicines, and some extremely low end resources (Primary and Residual OQ 66% PE 33%. Secondary Agent OQ 66% UT 33%) for fever/vomiting, otherwise your assembly % will start too high to get them. If you have a friendly doc who is currently doing the quest then they can create schematics for the medicine and run them in a factory, beware however, as they do not stack in crates. And they must be currently working on the quest, when you finish you lose the base schem and can't create any new meds. With just Novice Doc I was able to experiment up to partial paralysis with high end resources, but to get the top 4 you need some or all of the doc crafting chain.
Current information on the plant: It grows through the stages of Small Aurilian Plant, Medium Aurilian Plant and Aurilian Plant, after it reaches the largest stage it'll produce a fruit that is a 1k H/A/M heal (food filling 10). Each plant is unique so you must find the best settings for your plant yourself.
CM - Assembly - Quharek (5373, -4181) - Aurilian Sculptutre 4/4 (force assembly +20: Increases your ability to succeed while assembling an item.)
Goto the sensor array (5417, -4119), access the terminal and retrieve all 4 components ("retrieve" radial option). Head to the "Chief Engineer's hut" (5377, -4116), use the "Recursive Analyzer" to turn the broken components into schematics (be sure to have 4 spaces in your datapad). No experimentation occurs and quality doesn't matter, you can use a generic or W/D/G tool, and the schematics only have a single use (and making schematics out of them won't help since you can only do the next step on items you've crafted), crit fails do nothing (you keep the schem and the resources). You must Calibrate each item after crafting. If you screw up the puzzle the components integrity will go down, if it hits 0% you must 'unbreak' it into a schematic and recraft it. Once all 4 have been Calibrated, put them back in the Sensor Array. All of the puzzles require some guessing as changes aren't updated in real-time.
Solid State Array: 100 Extrusive Ore, 10 Nabooian Water, 20 Polymer, 10 Copper Line up the horizontal holes with the vertical line
Signal Amplifier: 70 Copper, 20 Carb Ore, 25 Talusian Fiberplast, 20 Aluminum Match the two graphs
Gyroscopic Receiver: 50 Yavinian Wind, 20 Lub Oil, 45 Steel, 20 Copper Match the two patterns
Configuration Processor: 50 Rori Fiberplast, 30 Copper, 40 Aluminum, 15 Copper Match the patterns (pressing one button will affect the other two)
*Phase 2*
CP - M.Speed - Dageerin (5238, -4189) - Melee PowerUp with +30% Speed and 500 uses (enhanced melee speed +12: Increases speed with any melee weapon)
Track down and destroy 8 enemy bases (only 3 may be done at a time, you must wait 45 minutes between your sets of 3). You are given a tool in your datapad to track the bases, it gives you a "threat level", when it's high you're moving towards your target. When you get to a base wait for your quest journal to update, then kill the Sith there. Return to Dageerin after each mission. This powerup CANNOT be applied to LightSabers.
ER - Vehicular Control - Whip (5283, -4226) - Focus Crystal, +2k health 2hrs once per 3 days [Does not stack with Health Buffs] (force vehicular control +20, force vehicular speed +3: Vehicle start, stop, & turning)
You will be given a WP on Endor, when you get there, a crashed ship will be within about 500m (it spawns on the overhead map as a structure) with Sith guards, when you get near to the camp the supplies will appear in your inventory with a system message, return to Whip (Just get close to him and they transfer over, but you must talk to him to get the next wp). Repeat five times. If you're having problems make sure you're at the right camp (sometimes they spawn quite close to one another). It has also been suggested that you can just drive up to your camp and yoink the crate without fighting the Sith. If you have problems with your mission you can now reset the mission with Whip.
HS - Survey - Eozlin (5200, -4141) - Some resources and An Inorganic Survey Tool (Chemical, Gas, Mineral, Water) (surveying +20: Increases surveying range: (64x64) if no surveying, (384x384) if you have Artisan: Surveying IV)
**Must have Novice Artisan**
Find 50%+ concentrations of different resources (Aluminum, Gemstone, Energy [Wind/Solar], Ore, Copper, Steel, Iron, Gas), your Force Crystal will tell you which you have to do next. All you have to do is survey for them and be standing on a spot that is above 50%, you do not have to sample. You get a Sith resource loot item for each successful survey. You do not have to return when you're done, you do not have to stay on Dath.
*Note: Try to get as close to the % as possible, slightly more. It is bugged but if you survey a significantly higher number it will not count many times.
*Note: Energy use a solar or wind tool. Radioactive even though an energy is considered a "Metal" and will not count.
CM - Technique - Quharek (5247, -4032) - LS Crafting Tool [0.00, 5 or 20 Guaranteed Critical Assemblies] (crafting technique +4: Decreases you chances of failing (lowering experimental risk) while crafting)
**Must have Novice Artisan**
Contribute 10 Items (Reinforced Wall Module, Small Turret and Refined X count as items) to the village crafting project. To contribute, get a schematic, or check the status, talk to the binary load lifter droid QT-QC [Located at (5193, -4196)]. This is where those unstackable resource loots from Sith are used. It seems the bare minimum will be 200 resources. These resources are found are from looting Sith (so talk to people doing combat missions), additionally anyone who did the Eozlin Survey quest this phase should have gotten 7 of them as well (one per successful survey). As of yet no rewards have been handed out.
Reinforced Wall Module: 10 Similar Endrine Ore, 10 Similar Rudic Ore, [optional] 1 Reinforced Wall Module
Small Turret: 1 Turret Hardware, 1 Turret Electronics
Turret Electronics: 5 Similar Rudic Ore, 10 Similar Ardanium II Energy, [optional] 1 Turret Electronics
Turret Hardware: 5 Similar Endrine Ore
Refined Ardanium II: 20 Similar Ardanium II Energy
Refined Endrine: 20 Similar Endrine Ore
Refined Rudic: 20 Similar Rudic Ore
Village Defenses: 1 Refined Endrine, 1 Refined Rudic, 1 Refined Ardanium II, 1 Reinforced Wall Module, 1 Small Turret[Note, this item is uncraftable]
The reward seems to have 20 uses if you won a category (most quality or quantity overall, most quality or quantity on a single item) and 5 uses if you didn't. According to what I've read, a Critical Success is above Amazing, and may allow you to go over hard caps, may only affect one line, may affect all of them, still waiting to here back from people actually using them.
*Phase 3*
CP - M.Accuracy - Capt Sarguillo (5313, -4161) - Named Jedi Colour Crystal (enhanced melee accuracy +12: Increases accuracy with any melee weapon)
[If grouped you also get: Power Crystal, +900 mind 1.5hrs once per 4 days]
Capture the commander of an enemy base. Each base has Strong Shield, turrets and Sith. You must first disable the shields to get into the base. Waypoints to the bases along with the codes (Remote Frequency Codes) to disable the shields are found on the NPCs around the bases. Each base has a different code for unlocking the shields. The Captain gives you a device (Shield Generator Remote) to turn off the shield of a particular base when you give him the appropriate frequency code (you must also hand him waypoints, unsure as to why yet). After disabling the shields you must kill 5 Sith to have the Commander spawn. He has a capture option from the radial menu, use it (You only have a limited amount of time to get him before the shields come back up). He will then follow you (you must take him back to the village), do not leave him behind or you will fail. You only have an hour to get him back to the village, and Sith will attack you to try to get him back (if he tries to escape you have a short time to recapture him)
You can do this mission with another player in order to get the bonus reward (Power Crystal), The Captian will offer you the ability to do this partnership at the beginning, in this case one person lowers the shield and the other captures the commander. Both people are doing the mission, both will unlock and get rewards, neither can take other missions.
The Base WP's are the same locations on every server, but which base is which is server dependent. Check out this for your server specifics. The following is a list of Base WPs. :

ER - R.Defense - Dageerin (5238, -4189) - 5 Use +10 to Ranged Defense item (ranged defense +20: Increases ranged defense)
Track down and destroy 8 enemy bases (only 3 may be done every 50 minutes). You are given a tool in your datapad to track the bases, it gives you a "threat level", when it's high you're moving towards your target. When you get to a base wait for your quest journal to update, then kill the Sith there. Return to Dageerin after each mission.
HS - Luck - Eozlin (5200, -4141) - Inorganic Survey Tool [Same as Phase 2] (jedi's luck +4: Increases your luck while looting, including credits. Unknown if this affects looting item chances)
**Must have Novice Artisan**
Find 50%+ concentrations of different resources (Iron, Gas, Energy, Aluminum, Ore, Gemstone, Steel, Copper). All you have to do is survey for them and be standing on a spot that is above 50%, you do not have to sample. You get a Sith resource loot item for each successful survey.
CM - Experimentation - Quharek (5292, -4108) - LS Crafting Tool [0.00, 5 or 20 Guaranteed Critical Assemblies] (force experimentation +20: Increases your chances of getting Amazing Successes while crafting. Does not grant extra points)
**Must have Novice Artisan**
Contribute 20 Items to the village crafting project. To contribute, get a schematic, or check the status, talk to the binary load lifter droid QT-QC [Located at (5193, -4196)]. This is where those unstackable resource loots from Sith are used. It seems the bare minimum will be 200 resources. These resources are found are from looting Sith (so talk to people doing combat missions), additionally anyone who did the Eozlin Survey/Luck quest this phase should have gotten 7 of them as well (one per successful survey). We believe that rewards will be handed out at phase shift, if you win a category (Quantity/Quality) your reward will have more uses. Using a component back in itself improves its quality, but does not cause the component to count as 2 items (Have had some reports of this not working with Unit Computers).
Power Supply: 2 Similar Ostrine Ore, 3 Similar Endrine Ore, 5 Similar Wind Crystal Energy, [optional] 1 Power Supply
Primary Computer: 4 Similar Rudic Ore, 3 Similar Ardanium II Energy, 3 Similar Wind Crystal Energy, [optional] 1 Primary Computer
Regulator: 5 Similar Rudic Ore, 5 Similar Ostrine Ore, [optional] 1 Regulator
Shield Connections: 10 Similar Ostrine Ore
Shield Housing: 5 Similar Endrine Ore, 4 Similar Rudic Ore
Unit Computer: 4 Similar Rudic Ore, 6 Similar Ardanium II Energy, [optional] 1 Unit Computer
Endrost Alloy: 8 Similar Endrine Ore, 1 Ostrine Ore, 1 Wind Crystal Energy
Village Shields:1 Endrost Alloy, 1 Shield Housing, 1 Power Supply, 1 Unit Computer, 1 Regulator, 1 Shield Connections, 1 Primary Computer[Note, this item is uncraftable]
*Phase 4*
CP - R.Speed - Capt Sarguillo (5313, -4161) - Aurilian Sculpture 1/4 (ranged defense +20: Increases ranged defense)
Enemies will attack the village every 2 hours, you must kill 50 Sith Outlaws and 25 Sith Pirates. To get credit for a kill all you must do is register a hit (at which point they will appear on radar and the overhead map as red instead of yellow, very useful for knowing who you haven't hit yet). Upon completion of the mission you unlock EITHER CP - R.Speed or ER - M.Defense , whichever you picked when starting.
ER - M.Defense - Capt Sarguillo (5313, -4161) - None (melee defense +20: Increases melee defense)
See CP - R.Speed above, it gives the option to unlock this branch. Note that this branch doesn't give you the reward while Ranged Speed does, this is intended and a little silly.
HS - Healing - Sivarra (5391, -4075) - Bacta Tank (injury treatment +10, injury treatment speed +10, wound healing (dancing) +20, wound healing (music) +20: Increases healing and enhancement abilities)
You must heal 50 other players during the Sith attacks (there are raids once every 2 hours), you can only get credit for a heal once per person, and you must be grouped with them, however to get credit the player you heal has to be in combat with a Sith Outlaw/Pirate (See the CP mission this phase). [Heal an additional 50 for the reward]
CM - Repair - Chief Engineer of Aurilia (5390, -4122) - Aurilian Sculpture 2/4 (force repair bonus +20: Increases your chances to repair a damaged or broken item)
Step 1: Go to Keren, Coronet, or Mos Entha to speak with "a Gadget Specialist" - they are nearby the starports (You can get wp's to any of these from Chief Engineer of Aurilia). You must purchase a "Tracking Device Assembly Kit" for 530 credits.
Step 2: Complete the kit (Requires, Tracking Device Assembly Bracket First, Second and Third Segment; Tracking Device Case First, Second and Third Section). You also need 4 Master Artisan crafted items (Control Unit, Energy Distributor, Electronics Memory Module, and Micro Sensor Suite)
Step 3: Goto any starport ticket droid and use the "Purchasing Satellite Tracking Data" radial option, this costs 1100 credits, once the droid finds the satellite you retrieve the info with the "Obtain Satellite Data" radial option.
Step 4: Use your tracking device to locate the satellite, retrieve the computer core
Step 5: Use the "Reconfigure Interface" radial option on the computer core. You must get the four indicators to light up. To do this you must connect four wires in the proper order, there are red, yellow and blue wires, and each can be connected to a different power source. You set it up and then test it to see if you're right. For each wire connected to the correct contact one of the indicators will light up, if the right type of wire is used but to the wrong contact the indicator will flicker. Each failed test damages the core and causes the "Circuit Integrity" to drop, which is the % chance the core is still viable. On average a core can survive 6 or 7 attempts before it's fried. If you fry repeat from step 3 on.
*Hint* Colors can be used more than once or not at all. One solution was Red, Yellow, Red, Yellow.
Step 6: Return the completed configured core back to "Chief Engineer" [Name keeps changing]
WARNING: If you complete step 3 before doing step 2 you will get screwed

Note: The easiest method would probably be to pick your six branches from the Combat Prowess and Enhanced Reflexes trees, as with an elite melee profession, you should be able to grind xp very fast. Once you max out your xp, travel to the village, and talk to Paemos to have the xp converted to force xp. Then it's back to the grind for more xp, until you max, return to the Village and Paemos, convert the xp, rinse and repeat, until you have enough force xp to master a new box, and then you talk to Noldan, for training. A common method is using grenades as a Commander since combat experience is a 3:1 conversion and combat cap is 300k.
There is a very high, 5 million FS cap. If there are no branches unlocked for you to train in, or you are waiting for a later stage, simply grind xp anyway, and convert it, so that when you unlock another branch, you have plenty of xp to devote to the new branch, speeding up your grinding process.
Once you have unlocked six branches, and converted enough xp to master those branches, you will be eligible for the Jedi Padawan Trials.
Jedi Initiate (Mellichae Fight)
When you have mastered six branches of the Force Sensitive trees, you will again be visited by the Old Man again. He will give you a waypoint of a camp location of an NPC named Mellichae. You must find and kill him to start your quest for Jedi Padawan.
Mellichae: 55k HAM, 80% resist to everything except Lightsabers. Is surrounded by four force crystals of some sort that you must destroy, as he uses them to heal himself and is virtually unkillable until the force crystals are gone. Armed with a Lightsaber, Force Choke, and Force Lightening. HE MUST DIE LAST AND BE LOOTED BY THE MISSION HOLDER
Daxter: 25k HAM, 80% resists to everything except Lightsabers.
Sith: A bunch of Sith NPC's, roughly eight, not too difficult to dispatch.
Strategy: You must first destroy the four force crystals, each has approximately 40k HAM. Take out the Sith and Daxter where possible, and finally, kill Mellichae. Upon completion, you can begin your grind towards Padawan.
Padawan Trials
Immediately upon defeating Mellichae you can begin the Trials by meditating at a Jedi Shrine (Waypoint sent). You then complete 12 total trials to complete being a Padawan. The Trials quest order is random.
Architect Trial: A jedi must gather all possible information before making his decision. You will be given a waypoint. Travel there, and speak to the Gungan. Speak to everyone involved, then your decision should be that the Gungan can keep his land.
Artist Trial: A Jedi must understand the motivations and desires of others without becoming emotianlly involved. Again, you are given a waypoint to travel to. Speak to the Artist, Sathme, and her assistant. The winning decision is to return the supplies to the artist, and tell her that her assistant will not be coming back.
Bad Cat Trial: A Jedi must do everything possible to keep innocent civilians from being in danger. Another waypoint, leading you to actor Yvana Bailer, who asks for help ending the rampage of an escaped cat. Kill the wild cat to complete the trial.
Chef Trial: A Jedi must recognize chaos but not become a part of it. A waypoint leads to a Chef who wants you to find out who is stealing his goods. I would imagine that you would hunt down the people stealing, DON'T kill for the Chef as this isn't the Jedi way. Come back after talking to the NPC and tell him, no killing for pie.
Old Musician Trial: A Jedi must always display respect and dignity when interacting with others. Travel to the waypoint, speak with Grizzlo, the old musician. He wants you to find the members of his band. Travel first to Eisley, then to Lok, speak to the NPC's at the wp's, and finally return to Grizzlo with the ring you attain.
Pannaqa Trial: A Jedi should always be willing to lend a helping hand whenever possible. Travel to the waypoint, speak with the Farmer, Pannaqa, who needs help obtaining parts for his vibro-tiller. Speak to the first NPC, and then move on to the second NPC, who it appears you must tell you don't trust, and that you will do it for him... you are given a vibro tiller to return to the farmer, completing the trial.
People's Soldier Trial: A Jedi must put aside personal feelings when aiding someone they might not find appealing. Travel to the waypoint, speak to Torin Gundo, who gives you a mission to kill a thug. Kill the thug to complete the Trial.
Sob Story Trial: A Jedi should remain calm in the face of emotion. Travel to the waypoint, and speak to Erim Thelcar. She asks that you find her brother, or his remains, and return the blaster that was a family heirloom. I think that there is another waypoint, where you find his remains, and loot the blaster, which can be returned to Erim to complete the Trial.
Spice Mom Trial: A Jedi should always strive for understanding rather than blind faith. Travel to the waypoint, speak with Sola Nosconda, who will ask you to pick up some items. Speak with the Spice dealer, obtain the spices, return to Sola. You must get her to threaten you before you hand over the spices. If you do that, the Trial will be successful.
Surveyor Trial: A Jedi should be prepared to undertake that which others will not. Follow the waypoints to Par Doiae, who wants you to kill a Sharnaff bull that is terrorising a site he wants to build on. Kill the bull to complete the trial.
Politician Trial: A Jedi should be equally a public servant and a public defender. Travel to the waypoint to speak with Kaul Dysen, who wants help killing a Bloodseeker Mite that is terrorising the local populace. Find and kill it to complete the Trial.
The Ring Trial: A Jedi must be willing to put himself in danger in order to do what is right. Follow the waypoints to Keicho, who has had his wife's mothers wedding ring stolen and wants it back. Find the thug that stole it, converse with him and choose to fight, then return the ring to Keicho to complete the Trial.
The Baz Nitch Trial: A Jedi must be an able and courageous warrior. Follow the waypoints to Menchi, who asks that you kill 20 Baz Nitch's. Kill twenty to complete the Trial. They are found on Dathomir. They can be pulled from missions terminals, any type of Baz Nitch missions count. Baz Nitch missions 52 or 53, Mutants are 62 or 63 difficulty.
The Sludge Panther Trial: A Jedi must do whatever is possible to protect the natural order of the universe. Follow the waypoints, speak to Luha, who asks you to kill 20 sludge panthers. Kill 20 to complete the Trial. They can be found near Dearic, or the Lost City of Durbin, or from terminal missions on Talus.
The Falumpaset Panther Trial: A Jedi must understand that there are times when a greater good outweighs a lesser evil. Follow the waypoints, speak to Braganta, who asks you to kill 20 falumpasets. Kill 20 to complete the Trial. Level 50 difficulty missions on terminals.
Craft Lightsaber Trial: Thanks to your progress thus far, you have been granted the rank of Jedi Initiate. With this honor comes the ability to craft your first lightsaber. Such is your next task... to craft yourself a lightsaber. Craft one to complete the Trial. You will need a single force crystal to tune to complete this Trial.

Jedi Food Guide
Items Highlighted in RED are 100% needed.
Items Highlighted in GREEN are items that are/can be needed but are also very situational.
Items Highlighted in BLUE are items that you do not necessarily need but can be helpful.
Synthsteak- You should be doing what is called pre-steaking. Synthsteaks duration is so long that by the time your filling goes back down to zero, you will still have a good 30 or so minutes left on it. You want to gauge it, but typically. The amount of damage mitigation this does is too good to pass up. You should not go into a fight with out this active. (Keep in mind this does NOT stack with exo-protein wafers, so you will use exo protein as a supplement after the steak wares off.
Exo Protein Wafer- Exo protein Wafers are going to be your back up damage mitigation after your synthsteak wears off. These are very important to use to mitigate incoming damage. Someone people use exo-protein wafers macros which I do NOT recommend using at all. Wafer macros will fill you up too much, you want to use this manually when needed so you can control your filling. Remember, a great player knows how to fight, an extraordinary player knows how to keep track of their filling.
Spice Tea- The King of all Drinks for jedi, as a jedi you never want to use Varisian brandy, you want to specifically use spice tea. I typically will put up to about half filling of spice tea when I first log on. You can stack this pretty regularly as long as you leave room to be able to pop your state food. Brandy is a waste of fill compared to spice tea on jedi. Considering that the bh meta is now Fencer, they will most likely be going for health anyway.
Citros Snow Cake- This will increase your accuracy.
Thakitillo- I personally use a low fill version of this. If you use a high fill version of this you won’t have enough to pop your other foods. You may need to contact a chef to make it custom for you.
Ithorian Mist- Dizzy Defense.
Veronian Berry Wine- Blind defense. Again knowing what we know blind does it is very important, you want to keep it off you as much as possible.
Corellian Brandy- KD Defense. Another great way to get more defenses going as a jedi.
Smugglers Delight- You will want to pre-smugglers delight, like you do with synthsteak. I typically take these at the same time. You want specifically 99% version of this food. I have heard 101% works too but have yet to test it. DO NOT use 100% it is broken and will not work. Smugglers delight is probably my most valuable food I use for jedi. It will allow you to pop neutron pixie and give you the ability to channel MUCH more. This is a great way to regain your force.
Neutron Pixie- This is a simple SPICE that will increase your HAM and can be good in regening force, however NOTE that spices all come with a downer effect once their buff wears off, make sure you pair this with smugglers delight.
Pikatta Pie- a lower end mob defense food, think of Synth Steak.
Gamorral- Basically Health brandy, used when combating bh with health dots/ weapons. Remember if you are popping spice tea and a bh is a fencer only using health dots, you are wasting your fill.
Accaragum-Basically action brandy, used when combating bh with health dots/ weapons. Remember if you are popping spice tea and a bh is a pikeman only using action dots, you are wasting your fill. Action brandy, used when combating jedi with action dots.
Pikatta Pie- This will add "Private dodge". This food would be template spcific based on your melee defense. If you have novice defender or more, I would suggest using this food paired with vegesprine. If you have lower then that, it may not be as usefull. Remeber private dodge is negated by blind.
Vegesprine- A great food to up your melee defense. This food would also be template specific and would pair with pikatta pie.
Pica Thunder Cloud- Again this is situational against ranged BH. Honestly because of the severe disadvantage of ranged bh you may not even need it, but it will help.
