Attention all CH:

If you have a creature that you tamed with zero damage, please open a Mantis ticket. In the summary use the words: Creature Replacement Request.

In the message body include: Discord id, toon name, and your timezone. You will need to include a screenshot of the animals in your datapad and each one that has 0 stats.

A staff member will then meet with you at a mutually convenient time. Show them them pet and delete it when requested to. They will then create you a new baby to tame. We appreciate that there will still be a 5 day growth time, but at least this one will have stats.

If you have a BE pet with the same issue please can you also make a ticket with the summary: BE Creature Replacement Request. We will try to work out a plan to resolve these which may take a little longer.

Please be patient as there are few staff with the permissions to do this. We will endeavours to have them all done as soon as possible.
