Could anyone in the know please advise whether the following statements are true or false?
1. Special Heavy Weapons Speed impacts both plasma flame throwers and heavy acid rifles.
2. Heavy Acid Rifle speed attachments impact attack intervals with Heavy Acid Rifles. (edit: confirmed true)
3. Heavy Acid Rifle Speed attachments do not stack with Special Heavy Weapons Speed attachments above the +25 cap.

Been looking for info on this too... From what I can tell the total you can get for Heavy Acid Rifle is +25 regardless if you are using Heavy Acid or Special Heavy tapes. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find confirmation of this other than random posts in the discord.
